- 3/4 c
- non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 c
- non-fat milk
- 1/8 tsp
- peppermint extract or mint extract
- 5 dash(es)
- green food coloring
- 1-2 pkg
- sugar substitute (equal, stevia, splenda)
- ice cubes
- fat-free whippped cream, for garnish
How to Make Skinny Shamrock Shake
- 1Combine all shake ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Stop blender and stir with a spoon to help blend everything.
- 2Pour into a 16-ounce glass, and serve.
Or for two servings, split evenly among two 8-ounce glasses.
- 3Top with light whipped cream, if desired and enjoy immediately. It's great with or without the whipped cream.
