Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

3/4 c
non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
1/2 c
non-fat milk
1/8 tsp
peppermint extract or mint extract
5 dash(es)
green food coloring
1-2 pkg
sugar substitute (equal, stevia, splenda)
3-4
ice cubes
fat-free whippped cream, for garnish

How to Make Skinny Shamrock Shake

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine all shake ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Stop blender and stir with a spoon to help blend everything.
  • 2Pour into a 16-ounce glass, and serve.

    Or for two servings, split evenly among two 8-ounce glasses.
  • 3Top with light whipped cream, if desired and enjoy immediately. It's great with or without the whipped cream.
