• Step 1
  In a tall glass put 2 scoops coffee ice-cream. Add cold brewed coffee. You can also mix the coffee with milk and then pour over the scoops of ice cream.
• Step 2
  Add a dollop or more of your whipped cream, ( you can use the stuff that comes out of a can, but the one you whip yourself is so much better) on top. Then sprinkle chocolate shavings on top of the whole thing. Serve with wafers.
• Step 3
  Make your own choco shavings using a good quality chocolate. You can also add variety with the ice cream flavors or add some flavoring to the whipped cream. I love the Hazelnut flavoring.
