Ingredients

CAPPUCCINO:

1 c
espresso, cold
1 c
whole milk
1/3 c
granulated sugar
1 c
vanilla ice cream, heaping
2 c
ice, cubes or crushed

GARNISH:

whipped cream
cinnamon

How to Make Baskin Robbins' B.R. Blast

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine the espresso, milk and sugar in a blender and mix on medium speed for 15 seconds to dissolve sugar.
  • 2Add ice cream and ice then blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  • 3Pour drink into two 16-ounce glasses.
  • 4If desired, add whipped cream to the top of each drink followed by a sprinkle of cinnamon.
  • 5This recipe yields 2 large drinks.
  • 6For the Mocha version, add 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup to the recipe above and prepare as described.
