Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 - 3.5oz bars of chocolate
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • - whipped cream

How To Make the world's best hot chocolate

  • Step 1
    Whisk ½ cup milk and cornstarch together until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Pour remaining milk into a large saucepan over medium heat until bubbles begin to appear around the edge. Do not let it boil! Once it is warm, whisk in honey, vanilla, salt, and chocolate until the mixture is smooth and blended. Then add in the cornstarch, whisking constantly until it is completely incorporated.
  • Step 3
