I'm always very sad when the grocery stores take the eggnog creamer off the shelf after the holidays. Though I try to drink gallons of it while it lasts, it seems I can never quite get enough. This version of a spiced creamer gets pretty close - at least enough to keep me satisfied until November rolls back around!

Ingredients

  • 1/2
    14 oz can fat-free Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz
    fat-free half and half
  • 2-4 oz
    fat free milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground allspice
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cinnamon

How to Make Fat-Free Spiced Coffee Creamer

Step-by-Step

  1. Put the skim milk, fat-free half and half, condensed milk and vanilla extract in a jar or large container that has a lid that seals tightly.
  2. Add the cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg to the milk mixture.
  3. Store refrigerated. Shake well before each use.
  4. Marvel at how easy that was and how great it tastes in your coffee!!
