My dear sweet senior neighbor always served me a cup of her hot cocoa; or sometimes I would add one tablespoon of the cocoa mix to a cup of coffee.

Ingredients

1 box 8 oz. size of instant milk
16 ounces nestle's quick cocoa (regular or sugar free)
1/2 box powdered sugar (1/2 lb.)
1, 6 oz. jars pream (or other dry coffee creamer)
1/3 cup hershey's cocoa

How To Make ruth's hot chocolate mix

Step 1

Blend all ingredients together in a large bowl. Store in air tight canister or a 3 lb. clean coffee can.

Step 2

To serve: stir 1/3 cup of mix into one cup of HOT water. I usually microwave a cup of water for 1 1/2 minutes. Or boil water in a kettle or pot.
