  • 2 c
    strong coffee
  • 1/3 c
    instant hot cocoa mix
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon, if desired
  • 3/4 c
    half and half
  • ·
    aerosol whipped cream
  • ·
    chocolate shavings , if desired
  • ·
    ground cinnamon, if desired

How to Make Mocha Java


  1. Pour coffee into 2- quart saucepan. Add cocoa mix, sugar,and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, if desired, and stir until dissolved. Add half and half and cook over medium heat 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.
  2. Top each serving with whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings and ground cinnamon if desired.
