How to Make Homemade Hot Chocolate

  1. In a sauce pan, mix cocoa, salt and sugar. Add milk and place on low heat to dissolve.
  2. Once hot, add; light cream, cinnamon and vanilla. Heat just under boiling. I have used heavy cream as well if that's what I had on hand.
  3. Pour into mugs and serve with whipping cream and orange zest on top. (Optional)
