This wassail was served at the Bank of the Southwest where my Mom worked for many years. Each year she would take my brother and I to enjoy this delicious wassail and freshly baked gingerbread men baked in the lobby of the bank. It was a wonderful treat and it is a treasured memory.

    sweet apple cider
  • 2 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 c
    orange juice
  • 3/4 c
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1 c
    granulated sugar
  • 2
    cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp
    whole cloves

How to Make Holiday Hot Wassail


  1. Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer and serve warm.
