Ingredients
- 16 to 20 ounces brewed coffee (hot and strong)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 to 2 tablespoons heavy cream, opt
- 1 package stevia sweetner, opt
How To Make bullet proof coffee (bpc)

Step 1Put all ingredients in NutriBullet, Ninja or a Blender. Process. This will result in a nice gourmet like frothy coffee.

Step 2NOTES: Coffee to use should be your personal choice. I used Columbian. I tried adding a spoonful of cocoa and while I liked the cocoa flavor, it resulted in having a dry mouth The cream and sweetner is for those of us that love to doctor up our coffee Even without the cream, the coffee will still froth from the butter and oil.
