white wine sangria with pineapple juice
Not everyone likes red wine sangria. This recipe is lite and wonderful on a Spring or early Summer day!

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 medium oranges, washed and sliced
- 1 medium lemon, washed and sliced
- 1 bottle (750 ml) of white wine, riesling suggested
- 1 cup sliced, fresh pineapple
- 1/4 cup triple sec, or grand marnier, or brandy
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled
- - ice cubes
How To Make white wine sangria with pineapple juice

Step 1In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice and orange and lemon slices; mash gently with a wooden spoon until fruit is partially crushed.

Step 2Add the wine, pineapple, and triple sec.

Step 3Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.

Step 4Just before serving, add soda. Serve over ice.
