White Wine Sangria with Pineapple Juice
1 cunsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 clemon juice
2 mediumoranges, washed and sliced
1 mediumlemon, washed and sliced
1 bottle(750 ml) of white wine, riesling suggested
1 csliced, fresh pineapple
1/4 ctriple sec, or grand marnier, or brandy
2 clemon-lime soda, chilled
How to Make White Wine Sangria with Pineapple Juice
- In a large pitcher, combine the pineapple juice, lemon juice and orange and lemon slices; mash gently with a wooden spoon until fruit is partially crushed.
- Add the wine, pineapple, and triple sec.
- Refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Just before serving, add soda. Serve over ice.
