Easily made non alcoholic and still refreshing.
This recipe makes about 5 cups. Use 1 oz Vodka per serving if you want the alcohol.

2fresh peaches peeled and diced

1 cgranulated sugar

4 cwater

3/4 clemon juice - fresh if you have it

·peach slices and lemon zest for garnish

1 ozvodka per serving ** omit for non alcoholic version
How to Make Tipsy Peach Lemonade
- NOTE:
This is such a great drink but it does not need to contain the alcohol.
Make it alcohol free by omitting the liquor .. you won't be disappointed ! - Put diced peaches, sugar and water into a 2 qt pot.
Bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer until sugar is completely dissolved - approximately 10 minutes. - Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
Strain through a sieve, pressing to extract as much juice as possible, saving the extracted juice in a separate container.
If you would like to use the pulp you can skip the straining procedure but it will be very thick. - Stir lemon juice into the cooked juice - with or without the fruit.
Ladle into a tall glass that has been filled with ice.
Add vodka and stir. - Garnish with fresh peach slices if desired.
