The Gotham Martini

Robin Arquilla

This is a sentimental favorite of mine. Not too sweet, a dark lavender color- and with Blackberries! It's a favorite of some guy friends too, who thought it was going to be girly. Not. This actually goes really well prior to having bison, elk, venison or yak. Yes yak. I raised yaks for 13 years. And worked for a bison rancher too. A nice thick rare steak, here I go! Again- fresh blackberries if you can, but I always have an emergency stash Frozen!
