This recipe has been modified several times from the "Skinny Clementine Martini" from Betty Crocker. We added a little of this and a little more of that and we now have The Cutie Martini.

Ingredients

  • ·
    ice
  • 1 1/2 oz
    tangueray gin
  • 3/4 oz
    chase elderflower liqueur
  • 1 1/2 oz
    juice from 1 1/2 clementines
  • 1 Tbsp
    fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp
    monin pomegranate syrup
  • 2-3 oz
    tonic water

How to Make The Cutie Martini

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all ingredients except the tonic water in a shaker. Shake vigorously.
  2. Pour into two martini glasses and top with 1-1 1/2 ounce tonic water.
  3. Garnish with lime twist and clementine wedge.
