I love Midori and often search for new cocktails that include melon liqueur. This is a really great one, because it's so refreshing and quite tasty. I sometimes adjust the ingredients, adding about an ounce more Midori and reducing the pineapple juice by about an ounce or so. There's no specific formula for that, just whatever I'm in the mood for at the time. Have fun experimenting! I've classified it as Japanese only because Midori was originally produced in Japan.
