Ingredients
- 24 ounces vodka
- 7 large lemons
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
How To Make limoncello (italian lemon liqueur)

Step 1Peel just the yellow outer layer of lemons. Try not to get the white part.

Step 2Pour vodka in mason jar. Add the lemon peel and seal with the lid.

Step 3Store in a dark cool place for 2 weeks.

Step 4After 2 weeks boil the water and sugar until sugar is dissolved. Let it cool then add it to the vodka jar.

Step 5Let sit another 2 weeks. Strain out the lemon peel. It's now ready to drink.
