How To Make
Wipe off lemons and peel off only the yellow rind. Remove any pith from the peels. Save lemons for another use.
Place yellow peel in a large glass jar with the alcohol for 10 days.
After 10 days, boil the sugar & water about 5 minutes, allow to cool. Add syrup to jar with lemons & alcohol.
One week later, filter the liquid & bottle. Limoncello can be kept in refer or freezer. Enjoy responsibly!
