Ingredients
- 6 - lemons
- 1 liter 95 proof alcohol
- 1 liter water
- 24 ounces sugar
How To Make limoncello

Step 1Wipe off lemons and peel off only the yellow rind. Remove any pith from the peels. Save lemons for another use.

Step 2Place yellow peel in a large glass jar with the alcohol for 10 days.

Step 3After 10 days, boil the sugar & water about 5 minutes, allow to cool. Add syrup to jar with lemons & alcohol.

Step 4One week later, filter the liquid & bottle. Limoncello can be kept in refer or freezer. Enjoy responsibly!
