How to Make Limoncello


  1. Wipe off lemons and peel off only the yellow rind. Remove any pith from the peels. Save lemons for another use.
  2. Place yellow peel in a large glass jar with the alcohol for 10 days.
  3. After 10 days, boil the sugar & water about 5 minutes, allow to cool. Add syrup to jar with lemons & alcohol.
  4. One week later, filter the liquid & bottle. Limoncello can be kept in refer or freezer. Enjoy responsibly!
