I love Irish coffee & cream flavor! And, so quick to make! This was an original recipe with the 2 tsps. sugar. However, I'll probably need more. You can use any sweetener you like & more, if you like. If you use artificial sweetener or Stevia, or whiskey flavor, instead of the actual liquor, it will be a diabetic treat.

1/2 cplain low-fat yogurt

2 tspor more or less sugar or sweetener, artificial or stevia

1 tspinstant coffee, regular or decafe

1 tspirish whiskey or whiskey flavoring to taste
How To Make irish coffee milkshake (low-fat)

1In a blender, on low speed, blend all ingredients about 30 seconds. Pour into glass. Makes 1 serving.
