Hot White Chocolate Brandy
Creamy and white with an added kick to make you warm all over!
- 3 1/2 c
- 1/2 tsp
- vanilla extract
- 1 pkg
- (6 oz) white chocolate baking squares, chopped
- 1/3 c
- 3 Tbsp
- white creme de cacao
- whipped topping
- grated white chocolate
How to Make Hot White Chocolate Brandy
- 1Heat milk and vanilla in a heavy saucepan over medium heat, stirring often; do not boil. Remove from heat.
Place white chocolate in a medium bowl. Gradually whisk about 1/4 of hot mixture into chocolate, whisking until chocolate melts; add mixture to remaining hot milk, whisking constantly.
- 2Stir in brandy and creme de cacao.
Garnish if desired with whipped topping and grated white chocolate.
