I use to make this years ago for the Holidays. Forgot all about it until I was going through more of my recipes to post. I just remember it being really good.

yield Don't really know. it depends on size of glass you use. We use to serve it in cordial glasses

Ingredients

1 14 0z cans eagle or magnolia brand condensed milk
1 pint half and half
2 teaspoons of instant coffee[heaping]
8 ounces of favorite booze

How To Make homemade irish cream

Step 1

Use blender Put half and half and coffee in blender just blend until mixed

Step 2

add condensed milk and blend briefly
Step 3

add booze and blend for about 25 seconds on high speed
Step 4

pour into a bottle and refrigerate for 1 or 2 days. shake before using. If you have a dark bottle use it
