This is a delicious summertime treat that's so easy to make, especially with seedless watermelon. I use Triple Sec but any orange flavored liqueur can be used to suit your taste.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This cocktail screams summertime! Freezing the watermelon means you don't have to add much ice to this refreshing, adult only drink. It's sweet and full of watermelon flavor with a slight tang from the lime. Perfect for the beach or sipping poolside. The Test Kitchen

How to Make Frozen Watermelon Margarita

Step-by-Step

  1. If making ahead of time put watermelon in a plastic bag and place in the freezer for at least 2 hours.

If you don't have time for this then just add more ice cubes to the blender, it won't make much difference.
  2. Put all ingredients, except garnish, into a blender.
  3. Puree until smooth.
  4. Pour into margarita glasses. Garnish rim with lime or watermelon wedge if desired. Enjoy!
