frozen peach daiquiri
Haven't made these since last summer, but happened to remember them and thought I'd let the rest of you in on this simple, deliciously smooth afternoon pick-me-up. Might as well make a double batch because everyone will want a second.

Ingredients
- 3 - fresh peaches, peeled and cut up (may also use frozen)
- 2 - tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 - cup white rum
- 1/2 - cup triple sec or cointreau liqueur
- 3 - tbsp. honey
- 3 - cups ice
- - basil leaves for garnish (optional)
How To Make frozen peach daiquiri

Step 1Put 4 glasses in freezer to get cold about 20 minutes or so before serving time. You don't really have to do this, but I did.

Step 2Put everything in blender and blend until frosty and smooth.

Step 3Pour into chilled glasses; add a leaf or sprig of basil and...Saluté
