There are many different ways to make Coquito ......some people add sweetened condensed milk along with egg yokes. I don't use either of these two items. Here is my recipe:

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s)
    coconut milk
  • 1 can(s)
    coconut cream
  • 1 can(s)
    evaporated milk
  • 1/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    white rum
  • 1/2 tsp
    powdered cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp
    powdered ground cloves
  • 1/4 tsp
    powdered ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract

How to Make Coquito (Coconut Eggnog)

Step-by-Step

  1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 or 2 minutes.
  2. Pour coconut mixture into a tall bottle; cover. Transfer to refrigerator. Chill until cold.
  3. To serve, pour coquito into small serving glasses. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
