coquito (coconut eggnog)
There are many different ways to make Coquito ......some people add sweetened condensed milk along with egg yokes. I don't use either of these two items. Here is my recipe:

Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup white rum
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered ground cloves
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
How To Make coquito (coconut eggnog)

Step 1Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 or 2 minutes.

Step 2Pour coconut mixture into a tall bottle; cover. Transfer to refrigerator. Chill until cold.

Step 3To serve, pour coquito into small serving glasses. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
