Butterbeer

Butterbeer is a popular beverage in the Harry Potter stories where it is often imbibed at The Three Broomsticks, The Hog's Head, and The Leaky Cauldron. I've seen a lot of recipes for this online, but I got this one from a friend of mine who was throwing a "Hogwarts Feast" back yard party before the opening of one of the movies a few years ago. (Completely Dorky, but loads of fun!) I love this recipe for butterbeer because it tastes exactly as I'd imagined it would when I read the books. This is another cocktail that we serve every year at our annual Halloween bash!
