Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces spiced rum, captain morgan original
- 1 1/2 ounces butterscotch schapps
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 1 dash grenadine
- - maraschino cherry, optional
- slice pineapple, optional
How To Make bayou self cocktail

Step 1Pour Captain Morgan spiced rum, butterscotch schnapps and pineapple juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.

Step 2Shake well, and strain into a highball glass 3/4 filled with ice.

Step 3Top with grenadine, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of pineapple.
