I live in a military town so there are people from all over the world and united states. What started off as a gift to a friend...ended up becoming a huge batch for her husbands squadron party when they got home from a 10 month tour. I prefer not tasting the alcohol and that's how it is suppose to be however she wanted it at 100 proof when done. If it is too strong for you just add a little more juice, don't need to re-boil. This should be around 30-40 proof.

Ingredients For apple pie

  • 1 1/2 gal
    apple juice
  • 1 bottle
    everclear 190 proof
  • 3 stick
    3" cinnamon stick
  • 5-8 clove
    whole cloves
  • 1/8 c
    brown sugar (optional)

How To Make apple pie

  • 1
    Put all ingredients together accept for alcohol.

    Bring to a boil and then put lid on and simmer for a hour to get all the oils out of the cinnamon and cloves.

    Let the juices cool completely and then add the Everclear. Bottle and enjoy. But much better if age for 2 weeks or longer. Don't refrigerate much better on ice or just slam a shot.
