My friend Mark makes wonderful Caribbean drinks, and this is one of his specialties. Takes you to a sunny, white sand beach no matter the season! Sometimes he subs the white rum with banana liqueur. No problem - they're both super good!

Ingredients
- 1 ounce light rum
- 1 ounce dark rum
- 1/4 ounce galliano liqueur
- juice of 1/2 lime
- 1 1/4 ounces orange juice
- cherry & sprig of mint, for garnish
How To Make yellow bird

Step 1Put all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 20-30 seconds, or until the shaker is frosty.

Step 2Fill a tall glass with crushed ice and strain the cocktail into the glass. Garnish with the maraschino cherry and the mint sprig. You can also garnish with an orange slice.
