Ingredients For winter sangria

  • 2 c
    no pulp orange juice
  • 6 oz
    grand marnier
  • 2 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1
    cinnamon stick
  • 2
    clementines or blood oranges, cut into sections
  • 1
    granny smith apple, cut into 1/4
  • 1
    red anjou pear, peeled & cut into 1/4
  • 2 l
    sweet sparkling red wine, chilled (aka: rosa regale)
  • 1 l
    7-up, chilled

How To Make winter sangria

    In a large pitcher or punch bowl, whisk the orange juice, grand marnier & honey. Add the cinnamon stick, clementines, apple & pear & stir to combine. Set aside at room temperature for at least an hour.

    Right before serving, add the wine & pop to the fruit mixture & stir gently to combine. Serve immediately in ice filled glasses.
