Great base for "Bloody Mary" cocktail. You could leave out the vodka and that would be a bloody shame.

  • 1 large
    can tomato juice
  • 3/4 c
    beef consimme
  • 1/2 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 1/2
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp
    celery seed
  • 1 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp
    freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp

How to Make Very Bloody Mary


  1. Combine all ingredients; mix well. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.
  2. To mix drinks, fill glass with ice and pour in 1 or more ounces of vodka. Add mix and stir slightly.
  3. Garnish with a wedge of lemon, lime or celery stick.
