This tropical cocktail was first made famous at Chili's Restaurant, but it's now a common menu offering at most bars. It's named after its tendency to leave you passed out on the beach before you've had time to apply sunscreen. But this tasty mixed drink is so good that you’ll want more and more. But go easy and pace yourself, because these will sneak up on you.
