Ingredients
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated lime zest
- 1 1/2 pounds honeydew melon; cut into chunks
- 1 - mango; peeled and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup sparkling apple cider
- - green food coloring;
- 3 ounces vodka; optional
- - crushed ice
- - melon balls and lime wedges; optional
How To Make tropical dewlight

Step 1In pot over high heat combine juice, sugar and zest; bring to a boil. Cook until syrupy; 3 to 4 minutes. Strain; cool completely. In blender mix juice mixtue with honeydew. mango and cider' process until smooth.

Step 2Tint darker green with food coloring. Add vodlka if desired. Pour over crushed ice and garnish with melon; mango and lime. Makes 6 servings.
