How to Make Thai Summer Breeze
- 1Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
- 2Place pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut milk and rum in blender container. Cover blender, and blend on High speed for about 25 to 30 seconds or until pineapple is pureed. Add ice; blend until smooth.
- 3Pour into tall glasses, and serve immediately.
