1 (20-oz) can(s)pineapple chunks in juice

1/4 corange juice
-
1/4 ccoconut milk
-
1/4 cdark rum
-
2 cice cubes
How to Make Thai Summer Breeze
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
- Place pineapple chunks, pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut milk and rum in blender container. Cover blender, and blend on High speed for about 25 to 30 seconds or until pineapple is pureed. Add ice; blend until smooth.
- Pour into tall glasses, and serve immediately.
