    6 ice cubes, cracked
  • ·
    3 oz good quality gin or vodka
  • ·
    1½ oz dry vermouth
  • ·
    ½ – 1 oz juice from an olive jar, depending on how dirty you like it.
  • ·
    olives of choice

How to Make Swampwater Martini


  1. Put cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour the gin, vermouth and olive juice over ice. Put lid on shaker. Wrap in bar towel and shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with olives of choice (Blue cheese stuffed olives are great with this drink).

    Serves 2
