Ingredients
- 3 cups ice
- 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, if fresh, remove stems
- 12 ounces can club soda
- 1/3 cup mint syrup, recipe follows
- 1/4 cup loosely packed mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- MINT SYRUP
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
How To Make strawberry sparkle

Step 1Throw ice and drink ingredients into blender and blend until ice is crushed and asll is well mixed and frozen.

Step 2MINT SYRUP:Stir sugar and water into small saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Cool and then add mint extract and stir.
