I love a good gin and tonic, but this sounds a bit different with a strawberry gin as the base. I'm going to try this!

Step 1

Mix the gin with the strawberries and sugar in a large bowl and pour into a 1.5-litre sterized jar.

Step 2

Store in the fridge and stir every two days for three weeks. Strain though coffee filters or muslin cloth to serve.
