Ingredients

  • 1 cup yogurt, plain or fruit flavored
  • 2 cups fresh fruit, cut up
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 2/3 cup ice cold champagne, sparkling water or gingerale
  • - mint sprigs or fruit slices for garnish, optional

How To Make sparkling fruit smoothies

  • Step 1
    Combine the yogurt, fruit and nutmeg in a blender; process until smooth.
  • Step 2
    Pour into glasses, filling 3/4 full.
  • Step 3
    Top off with champagne, sparkling water or ginger ale.
  • Step 4
    Gently stir to combine.
  • Step 5
    Garnish with mint sprigs or fruit slices, if desired.
