I made this once for a friends house warming once. Every one loves it. They were shocked to know not only I could cook but I made mean drink to go with the food.

method ---

yield 2 servings each

Ingredients

1 package lemon aid mix drink
2 cups cold water
1 large granny smith apples, quartered & cored
1/4 cup vodka

How To Make so many apples & lemon tini's

Step 1

Blend the first 3 ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Step 2

Then strain into a plastic or glass pitcher & throw away the pulp if you wish.
Step 3

Stirin the vodka well.
Step 4

Serve over ice.
Step 5

Note: You may make this into a Non-Alcoholic drink.Just leave out the vodka. You may also garnish with a apple slice.
