Ingredients

  • 1 - 46oz. can pineapple juice
  • 1 - 46oz. can pineapple-grapefruit juice
  • 1 - 6oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate
  • 1 - lemonade can of water
  • 2 quarts ginger ale or 1 qt. ginger ale and 1qt. champagne, chilled
  • - food coloring

How To Make slush

  • Step 1
    Mix first 4 ingredients. Place in freezer 8-10 hours, stirring often. Do not freeze hard!; it should be “slushy”. When ready to serve, pour in chilled ginger ale and/or champagne. If using unsweetened juices, add ¼ - ½ C of sugar. Serves 20.
