superfine sugar
3 1/2 oz
sherry (amontillado or oloroso)
mint sprig (garnish)
blueberries (garnish)

How to Make Sherry Cobbler


  • 1In a cocktail shaker, muddle the orange slices and sugar. Add the sherry and cracked ice. Shake until frosty - about 20-30 seconds.
  • 2Strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with blueberries and mint.
