1 can(s)frozen citrus blend juice concentrate such as five alive, thawed
2 cchilled club soda
1 bottlechilled champagne
3 cice, plus additional for serving
How to Make Rosemary-Citrus Champagne Cocktails
- Place rosemary sprigs and juice concentrate into a microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 7-9 minutes uncovered (you want this mixture to simmer). Carefully remove the bowl from the microwave.
- Strain the juice mixture into a family-size pitcher. Slowly add club soda and champagne to avoid overflow. Carefully add ice. Serve over additional ice in pretty glasses.
