Ingredients
- SHRIMP:
- 2 pounds 12 - 15 count shrimp, peeled & deveined, (tails on or off to your liking)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil, extra virgin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- COCKTAIL SAUCE:
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 3 tablespoons horseradish, prepared
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
- - lemon zest, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon tabsaco sauce
How To Make roasted shrimp cocktail

Step 1COCKTAIL SAUCE: Mix the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce & Tabasco. Top the shrimp with lemon zest & serve with the sauce. Refrigerate until needed & for flavors to marry.

Step 2Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 3SHRIMP: Place on a sheet pan with the olive oil, salt & pepper & spread them in one layer. Roast for 8 - 10 minutes, just until pink, firm & cooked through. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or longer) before serving.
