YUM! Who doesn't just love Shrimp Cocktail...here's a different way to do it. Sounds yummy!

Ingredients For roasted shrimp cocktail

  • SHRIMP:
  • 2 lb
    12 - 15 count shrimp, peeled & deveined, (tails on or off to your liking)
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1/2 tsp
    kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • COCKTAIL SAUCE:
  • 1/2 c
    chili sauce
  • 1/2 c
    ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp
    horseradish, prepared
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • lemon zest, grated
  • 1/2 tsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp
    tabsaco sauce

How To Make roasted shrimp cocktail

    COCKTAIL SAUCE: Mix the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce & Tabasco. Top the shrimp with lemon zest & serve with the sauce. Refrigerate until needed & for flavors to marry.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

    SHRIMP: Place on a sheet pan with the olive oil, salt & pepper & spread them in one layer. Roast for 8 - 10 minutes, just until pink, firm & cooked through. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or longer) before serving.
