Ingredients For roasted shrimp cocktail
- SHRIMP:

2 lb12 - 15 count shrimp, peeled & deveined, (tails on or off to your liking)

1 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1/2 tspkosher salt
-
1/2 tspblack pepper
- COCKTAIL SAUCE:
-
1/2 cchili sauce
-
1/2 cketchup
-
3 Tbsphorseradish, prepared
-
2 tsplemon juice, fresh
-
lemon zest, grated
-
1/2 tspworcestershire sauce
-
1/4 tsptabsaco sauce
How To Make roasted shrimp cocktail

1COCKTAIL SAUCE: Mix the chili sauce, ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce & Tabasco. Top the shrimp with lemon zest & serve with the sauce. Refrigerate until needed & for flavors to marry.

2Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

3SHRIMP: Place on a sheet pan with the olive oil, salt & pepper & spread them in one layer. Roast for 8 - 10 minutes, just until pink, firm & cooked through. Refrigerate at least 4 hours (or longer) before serving.
