red, white and blue mojito
I saw this drink recipe on Pinterest recently and thought it might be a good drink to make for our annual 4th of July get-together. The red, white and blue color theme makes this cocktail quite appropriate for such an event.

Step 2Pour the rum, lime juice and simple syrup over the ice cubes. Slowly pour Club Soda on top. Float the blueberries on top.
-
Step 3Use a small star-shaped cookie cutter to cut a star from a thinly sliced watermelon wedge. Garnish glass with the watermelon star and remaining sprig of fresh mint. Add a straw, and serve.
