How to Make Raspberry Vanilla Vodka
- Fill jar with berries. Slice vanilla bean lengthwise and add to jar. Cover raspberries with vodka. Close and let sit in dark place for a few weeks or up to 1 month. Gently agitate a few times throughout the time it is resting. When ready to bottle, pour infused vodka through clean coffee filter into pouring vessel. Pour into clean bottle, cap tightly and label and refrigerate.
