Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, defrosted, plus extra to serve
- 2 cups soju liquor
- 1/4 cup raspberry liquor
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- 2 cups store-bought lemonade
- 2 cups tonic water
How To Make raspberry soju cocktail

Step 1Blend raspberries until smooth, then pass through a fine sieve (discard seeds).

Step 2Combine the raspberry purée with soju, raspberry liqueur and lemon juice and stir well to combine.

Step 3Fill 6 tall glasses with ice, then divide the raspberry mixture between the glasses.

Step 4Top with equal amounts of lemonade and tonic water and garnish with a few raspberries.
