raspberry mochatini
I just LOVE chocolate martinis, and the combination of raspberries with chocolate; so when a favorite bartender back home surprised me with this drink....I WAS IN HEAVEN!! I actually found this recipe & picture in one of my cocktail books (tastes VERY close to what he made). I wish I had taken a picture of the one he made, as he swirled chocolate & raspberry sauces in the glass first, then filled it with the drink and garnished it with fresh raspberries and chocolate curls.

Makes 1 drink.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce raspberry flavored vodka (i used smirnoff)
- 1/4 ounce godiva chocolate liqueur
- 1/4 ounce chambord raspberry liqueur
- 1 ounce cold espresso
- - ice cubes
How To Make raspberry mochatini

Step 1Fill shaker with ice. Add the raspberry flavored vodka, Godiva liqueur, raspberry liqueur, and cold espresso. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with fresh raspberries and/or chocolate shavings/curls (not pictured).
