rainbow sangria
This is like a pretty layered fruit salad with booze poured over the top! At least that is the way we think about it. It is so delicious! You can change up the fruit if you like, this is the way I learned to make it, and the colors are beautiful. Be careful, that wine-soaked fruit packs a punch! .

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 bottles mascato, chilled
- 1/2 cup triple sec
- 1/4 cup brandy
- 3 limes juice of, strained
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional) to taste
- 3 cups blackberries
- 3 cups blueberries
- 6 kiwis peeled, sliced, quartered
- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 cups diced mango
- 2 cups halved strawberries, quartered if large
- 8 whole strawberries for garnish
How To Make rainbow sangria

Step 1Make sure all ingredients are well chilled.

Step 2In a large pitcher over ice, mix together the white wine, triple sec, brandy, lime juice, and sugar, (if using).

Step 3In tall collins glasses, layer the fruit in order given in ingredients list, around a straw: (blackberries first, then blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, mango, ending with strawberries.)

Step 4Pour wine mixture over the fruit. Serve with the straw and an iced tea spoon for the fruit.
