Pomegranate Lemon Vodka Spritzers

Lynnda Cloutier

All recipes benefit from the best ingredients. With this recipe, make sure lemons are fresh. Squeeze the juice and freeze it. The difference between the real thing and the stuff you get in bottles is tremendous. If you want a martini, just pour a splash of pomegranate juice, the lemon syrup and vodka into an ice filled cocktail shakier. Shake til ice cold and pour into a chilled martini glass rimmed with sugar...a step up from the Cosmopolitan. From the Five Ingredient Fix.
