I tried these out and they were a huge hit! My only warning is that if you have people that want a completely smooth texture this is not for them. The pudding has shredded coconut in it already.

2 boxes meijer brand coconut cream instant pudding (so far they are the only ones to make it)
2 cups cold milk
1 - large tub of cool whip or other whipped topping thawed
2 cups pineapple vodka
OPTIONAL
1 - small can crushed pineapple drained

How To Make pineapple coconut cream pudding shots

Step 1

mix milk, vodka and pudding mix together until blended.

Step 2

add in the cool whip and whisk until smooth
Step 3

add crushed pineapple
Step 4

pour into 1 or 2 oz souffle cups with lids on them
Step 5

chill until set
Step 6
