Ingredients

  • 3 ounces light rum
  • 6 ounces pineapple juice fresh or canned
  • 2 ounces coconut cream
  • 2 cups ice
  • - garnish with pineapple spears

How To Make pina colada

  • Step 1
    If you're using fresh pineapple core, chop and blend. Strain the pineapple to extract the fresh juice.
  • Step 2
    In a blender combine run, pineapple juice, coconut cream and ice. Blend until all ingredients are combined.
  • Step 3
    Stir in a tornado or highball glass. Add straw. Garnish with pineapple spears or triangle wedges.
