peach paradise cocktail
This was my entry for a cooking contest hosted by another site, from several years ago. The cocktail has a delicious peach base and just the right hint of ginger and a touch of evaporated milk to give it a nice creamy finish. For step #1, I used half of a 15-oz can, and it worked out well.
