Peach Paradise Cocktail
For step #1, I used half of a 15-oz can, and it worked out well.
7-ounce can(s)sliced peaches, drained (reserve 1 peach slice for garnish)
1/2 to 1 tspground ginger
1 tspevaporated milk
3 ozpineapple juice
3 ozorange juice
2maraschino cherries, for garnish
How to Make Peach Paradise Cocktail
- Placed drained peaches and ginger in food process (or blender), and pulse until smooth and well blended.
- Add ice, pureed peach mixture, evaporated milk, rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grenadine in a cocktail shaker. Shake well, and pour into a tall glass.
- Garnish with a peach slice and cherries on an umbrella skewer, and serve immediately with a straw.
